We may as well call it “the faithfulness map”. The system is programmed to store every order from every customer, so that you can keep a track of your clients.
How does it work?
Each time a customer places an order, their details are remembered and pinned to a map. You can thus keep track of the customers, their preferences as well as their address.
The Customer Map divides your customers in two groups:
- Those who have ordered recently – they are shown on the map by a green dot
- Those who haven’t ordered in a while – a red dot indicates them
The map uses their address in order to indicate them. It is a Google map, so you can zoom in or out, or take a virtual walk on the streets and virtually visit your clients.
The Customer Map works only for customers who have ordered online, so it is a great tool in supervising the amount of customers coming from the web.
What if I get stuck or encounter problems while navigating on the Customer Map?
Being so easy to handle, it shouldn’t pose any problems, not even to a beginner. However, if you do encounter difficulties while using this feature, there is a Support number always available in the upper left corner. Do not hesitate to make use of it.
